2. Claim Your CME/SAM Credit
3. Enter Your PSE Score
4. Print Your Certificate
Open Your My Education Page
a. Log on.
b. Find the activity in the list.
c. Click Launch.

Claim Your CME / SAM Credit
a. Answer a few multiple choice questions for SAM credit.
b. Add your comments on the optional survey screen.
c. Click Submit to report the credits to your record.

Enter Your PSE Score
a. Type your score in the box.
b. Add your e-mail address if you want a follow-up report.
c. Return to My Education Page

Print Your Certificate
a. Preview your credit certificate.
b. Print it out.
c. Return to the My Education Page at any time to get your credit transcript
or to print additional copies of any certificate.
