INSTRUCTIONS - How to Claim Credit Online for Mammography Case Review: Detection, Diagnosis, Decisions
Print your official credit certificate as soon as you finish the activity!
Here's How....
1. Open Your My Education Page
2. Claim Your CME/SAM Credit
3. Enter Your Mammography Case Review Score
4. Print Your Certificate
Open Your My Education Page
a. Log on.
b. Find the activity in the list.
c. Click Launch.

Claim Your CME / SAM Credit
a. Answer a few multiple choice questions for SAM credit. (Cases are from the MCR4-CD)
b. Add your comments on the optional survey screen.
c. Click Submit to report the credits to your record.

Enter Your Mammography Case Review Scores
a. Type your score in the boxes.
b. Add your e-mail address if you want a follow-up report.
c. Return to My Education Page
Back to Top
Print Your Certificate
a. Preview your credit certificate.
b. Print it out.
c. Return to the My Education Page at any time to get your credit transcript
or to print additional copies of any certificate.
