What is my ACR login?


If you are an existing ACR customer, or subscriber, please call 800-347-7748 or e-mail membership@acr.org to obtain your login information. If you are not an existing member or customer, you may create a Login to purchase products at the non-member rate.

  • Click on Login
  • Under the box for ID and Password, click on NOT A MEMBER
  • Create a login

How do I purchase an online product?
Physician/ACR Member:
  • Go to the ACR Campus Page
  • Click Login
  • Enter your user ACR user name and password
  • Click on the product name you wish to purchase
  • Click on BUY NOW
  • Proceed through the Order Page, and place your order
After the order is confirmed, return to MY EDUCATION PAGE for immediate access to all purchases

 

Physician/nonmember:

  • You will need to create an ACR Login
    Click on Login
  • Under the box for ID and Password, click on NOT A MEMBER
  • Create a Login
  • Go to the ACR Campus Page
  • Click on the product name you wish to purchase
  • Choose the product for CME
  • Click on BUY NOW

After the order is confirmed, return to MY EDUCATION PAGE for immediate access to all purchases

 

 

Member-In-Training:

  • Go to the ACR Campus Page
  • Click Login
  • Enter your ACR User name and password
  • Click on the product name you wish to purchase
  • Click on BUY NOW (discounted rates for members in training) 

Proceed through the Order Page and place your order
After the order is confirmed, return to MY EDUCATION PAGE to access all purchases

 

 

 

In-Training Programs:

 

To purchase online with a credit card:

  • Go to ACR Campus Page
  • Click on Login
  • Enter the site number as ID and password (site0000)
  • Click on educational product you wish to purchase
  • Choose in-training product based on number of residents
  • Click on BUY NOW

Proceed through the Order Page and place your order.
After the order is confirmed, return to MY EDUCATION PAGE for immediate access to products.

All residents connected to that site may log in with their individual log in and password to access site purchased products from MY EDUCATION PAGE for one full year from purchase date. After one year, site must "renew" purchase.

To purchase using a Purchase Order:

Call the ACR Publications Department at 800-227-7762.

Once the order is processed, go to MY EDUCATION PAGE and enter the site number as ID and password (site0000).

 

All residents connected to that site may log in with their individual login and password to access site purchased products from MY EDUCATION PAGE for one full year from purchase date. After one year, site must "renew" purchase.

 


I just bought a product online? What now? How do I access/view it?

You have immediate access to the product once your purchase is completed.

  • Go to Education/ACR Campus
  • Click on Login
  • Type in your User ID and Password
  • Click on MY EDUCATION PAGE. 

 All of your products/purchases should appear. Choose which product you want to view and click Launch. Note: If you purchased a lecture series, you need to click on the individual lecture.

How do I claim my CME?

  • After completing the test questions, you can print out your CME confirmation letter/certificate yourself.
  • Click on Login
  • Go to Education/ACR Campus
  • Type in your ID and Password
  • Click on MY EDUCATION PAGE
  • Choose the product you have completed from the list
  • Click on Claim CME
  • Print your CME certificate

 


How many times can I view a lecture/activity?

 

There is no limit on how many times you many view a lecture you have purchased.


You do not have to finish it all in one sitting - you can return at your leisure to complete them. Once you select and then submit an answer, however, you cannot change that answer. And, to claim the CME, all questions need to be answered. Even after having completed the assessment or the lecture, you can login anytime to view the material again.

 


 

What can I do if I am in the middle of a lecture and need to leave the screen?

 

  • Click on Bookmark while viewing the lecture.
  • When you return and access that lecture, the lecture will begin where you left off.
  • Or click “Close” and you will see a screen asking if you want a bookmark.

 


I am not able to view the lecture I purchased. What should I do?

Your computer settings may need to be changed to allow for optimum viewing.

  • Clear your cache
  • Download Flashplayer
  • Enable Java Script
  • Try a different browser (free download of Firefox from www.mozilla.com)

Why am I getting a FLASHPLAYER error messages when I try to launch a product? How do I install FLASHPLAYER?

 

 

You must have Flashplayer installed on your computer to view the lectures. This is a free download available on the ACR Campus page. Because of the large number of slides in the lecture series, you may see a screen advising you of the delay in the download. Hit “NO” to continue the download and view the lecture.

 

At times, when many members are trying to view the lectures at the same time, there may also be a slowing down of the download. You may want to try again later.

Why are my CME credits not appearing on the CME Gateway site?
Currently, the CME earned on the ACR Campus and on ACR’s Case In Point are not transferred to the CME Gateway site. We plan to offer this member service in the future.

Is there a limit to how much CME I can claim with Case in Point?
No, there is no limit to the total amount of CME you may claim; you are only limited by the number of Cases available and the limit "per order."

You are limited to claiming a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 cases at a time. ACR processes the CME for 20 Cases in one order and then you may claim 20 more in the next order.

You can view and claim all the Cases published since April 9, 2007 (access these from the Case in Point Calendar) and each new Case of the Day.

 

 
I am a member. Why do I get an ineligible message when I log in?
If you are either a resident or a fellow in training and your ACR membership status is "Member-in-Training" you will be ineligible to earn CME.

As a Member-in-Training, you receive complimentary ACR membership and discounts on ACR products. Once you have completed your training, and upgraded your membership status, you will be eligible to purchase and claim CME. Please contact the ACR Membership Department at 800-347-7748 or membership@acr.org if you have questions regarding your status.
